1)I had add a light layer of shading and slowly darkened it, bringing out the darks and lightening the lights.
2)I found the different values by staring at my picture until I decided that it didn’t match the one I drew and adding where I felt it needed to be added. 3)I think I acheived a full range of values, by slowly darkening and lightening until I felt like it was good. 4)I believe that my art is made fairly well and that the craftsmenship is good. 5)I was able to successfully capture the look of my face. 6)I made sure that I had the correct placement of my facial features by using the eyes as a measurement tool. 7) The importance of learning to draw all of the features individually is to learn how to shade each and perfect drawing the certain features before doing them all. 8)I think the lips were most benificial beacuse I am quite literally the worst at lips. 9)I had to deal with being absent and missing out on the entire eye part but I was able to learn fairly quickly and caught up. 1) The subject matter is a diver exploring a coral reef. The meaning is that I may be over my head in work and stress, but yet I am completley at ease with what I am seeing.
2) I was going to try to use texture to show the differences in coral and sand but I never got the chance to. 3)I tried to balance the artwork by having a foreground, middleground, and a background. 4)I implied movement by using the bubbles to show where the dived had come from. 5) I could improve my artwork by actually finishing it for once. 6) I had a wide variety of shading value by showing where the light hits on the stalagtites and on the diver. |
